JFS Hosts IPS Training Event

On November 25, Jewish Family Service welcomed more than 20 staff, Board members, clients, and special guests for the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Vocational Event, which highlighted JFS’s commitment to helping young adults with disabilities achieve their career goals through the IPS program—an evidence-based practice that supports participants in finding meaningful employment and provides ongoing guidance along the way.

Special thanks went to Ruth Brock from the IPS Employment Center and Julie Ann Boyle from the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation for joining the program and sharing their expertise. With community partners and dedicated staff working together, JFS continues to empower young adults to take confident steps toward fulfilling careers.
