JFS Friends Campaign Supporting Residents in Our Community

Someone can always use the strong support of a friend, especially now. At Jewish Family Service of Atlantic & Cape May Counties (JFS), we provide that support to more than 8,000 individuals and families each year. Whether it’s through our Food Pantry, Housing Resources, Counseling, Older Adult Services and more, JFS is committed to helping those in need. However, we can’t do it alone. As a JFS Friend, your contribution ensures we can provide assistance as well as programs and events for residences throughout our community, and with today’s economic environment, your support is needed now more than ever.

When considering your donation, please know that every dollar helps. For example,

• $36 will feed a family through our food pantry services
• $50 will offset the cost of a counseling session for someone overcome with anxiety
• $100 will assure a month of Kosher meals for a senior sheltered in their home
• $250 will provide emergency shelter for a family who otherwise might be homeless

As JFS continues to expand and enhance services across its dozens of program areas, our non-profit prides itself on being recognized as the go-to agency in times of need. From Village by the Shore to our Food Pantry to Counseling and the Atlantic Homeless Alliance, JFS relies on donations from you, our Friends, to meet the growing needs of the community.
