Planned Giving

Jewish Family Service (JFS) is the place for people to turn when they have nowhere else to go. From hunger to nourishment, isolation to connection and despair to hope, JFS motivates and empowers individuals at every stage of life. People and families of all faiths come to JFS to realize their potential to achieve personal goals and enhance their quality of life. We encourage strong families, thriving children, healthy adults, energized seniors, and vital communities.

We assist individuals coping with mental health challenges and homelessness; help older adults live independently with the support they need; provide education and job training for those with disabilities and strengthen families. Through every season of their lives, people participate in creative and innovative programs at JFS that reflect the changing times and needs of the community.

Since our beginning in the early 1900s, our strong community partnerships, board leadership and dedicated staff have been the hallmark of our success. We have the unique privilege of representing tzedukah (justice), compassion and support of the Jewish people and the broader community.

Together, we will assure there is always an open door, a kind soul and a sympathetic ear. No matter what changes, JFS will be here. We are responsible for one another. With your help, the light will continue burning from one generation to another.
