Caelin McCallum Named Director of Healthy Community Initiatives

Caelin McCallum, MSW, LSW, has assumed the role of Director of Healthy Community Initiatives for Jewish Family Service of Atlantic & Cape May Counties (JFS). In this position, Caelin is responsible for managing The Lynn Kramer Village by the Shore, which offers programs, services, and care coordination for older adults, The Rothenberg Center for Family Life, which provides education and health wellness programs, Volunteer Services, and the Food Pantry. In addition, Caelin will handle the development and application of grants related to support for older adults and other community members.

“I am really excited to join the team at JFS, working on developing its Healthy Community Initiatives department. The work being done within The Lynn Kramer Village by the Shore, The Rothenberg Center for Family Life, Volunteer Services, and the Food Pantry is amazing, as each program is working towards enhancing the greater community’s well-being and quality of life,” said McCallum.

Most recently, Caelin held the position of Grants and Compliance Administration Manager at the Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey. Prior to that role, she held the positions of Project Administrator and Quality Coordinator at the same organization.

A graduate of Monmouth University, Caelin earned a Master of Social Work degree, with a Post-Graduate Certificate in Advanced Clinical Practice. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Georgian Court University. She is a Board member for the National Association of Social Workers – NJ Chapter.
