Vocational Case Manager - JOBS Program

Job description

As a Vocational Case Manager for JFS' JOBS Program team you will coordinate resources and services in response to individual client needs, overseeing activities and complex planning. Be part of an exciting program to help connect clients who are involved in the justice system prepare to return to the workforce. You will connect clients to necessary resources including transportation, ID attainment, and job training. You are an active and contributing member of an interdisciplinary team contributing to team goal setting. Case Managers are committed to working with all patients regardless of race, gender, religious affiliation, cultural beliefs, lifestyle, and disease process or treatment plan.


  • Maintains an active case load.
  • Provides case management and supported employment services.
  • Coordinates care with other providers.
  • Develops and provides employment supports.


  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or Education
  • 3 years of related experience if degree is in another field
  • Ability to pass Atlantic County Justice Facility background check

JFS encourages and supports staff pursuing clinical licensing by providing FREE on-the-job Clinical Supervision Program to staff looking to obtain their LCSW license.
