Group Facilitator Rothenberg Center

As a Group Facilitator at JFS you will coordinate resources and services in response to individual client needs, coordinating, overseeing activities and planning. You are an active and contributing member of an interdisciplinary team contributing to team goal setting. You act as a consultant to service lines and other departments as well as participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives. Group Facilitators are committed to working with all clients regardless of race, gender, religious affiliation, cultural beliefs, lifestyle, and disease process or treatment plan.

Program Specific Skills:

  • Participate in facilitator trainings to obtain required certifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and the dissemination of educational materials in accordance with program requirements.
  • Maintain integrity of evidence based programs.
  • Coordinate with staff across JFS program areas.

Education/Experience – Bachelors in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Health or related experience. Group facilitation experience of 2 years with youth and adult populations strongly recommended. NOTE: Must attend a 3 full day training 7/22 -7/24.
