Case Manager, Pathways to Recovery

Overview of Position

The Pathways to Recovery Case Manager position will provide an innovative individual the opportunity to work in a new program addressing the needs of individuals experiencing the effects of opioid addiction and family members impacted by the disease. Working with a team of case managers, agency administration and community professionals, the case manager will support program participants as they address barriers to employment and help them as they obtain and maintain jobs.


This position requires a Bachelors or Master’s degree, 1 year related experience if degree is in education or human services
