Administrator Finance

Part-Time Administrator (Mon/Wed/Fri, 9am-5pm)

Job Specific Duties:

  • Member of grants committee as administrator.
  • Coordinate with grants contractor, including dropbox, and reconcile with grants master.
  • Maintain grant documents and master spreadsheet
  • Communicate with funders as needed.
  • Assist in grant preparation as needed
  • Prepare and submit grant reports as needed
  • Prepare and submit grant billing as required
  • Other administrative support including opening mail, filing, data entry, formatting of communications, and spreadsheet reporting.

Job Specific Duties:

  • Education - High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or experience in a related area.
  • Experience - Minimum of 2 years as Clerical Associate or related field, in a high-paced environment. Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, PDF - experience mandatory, and a database system is preferred.
