23rd Annual JFS House Tour

The JFS House Tour has been a tradition for 22 years. This unique event features 6-8 homes on Beach and Bay of Absecon Island. This one day event gives participants the opportunity to tour homes that they have admired from the outside but never had the opportunity to see inside. The event raises over $30,000 in one day to support Older Adult Services at JFS. The goal is to help our seniors remain in their homes safely and independently. JFS strives to ensure that no need is left unmet; psychological and emotional, healthcare and spiritual support.
Time: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Tickets are $45. a person or take advantage of the early bird special and purchase your ticket for $35 before July 15th. To complete the day, take a chance on a raffle to win a fabulous grand prize donated by Serago Roberts Jewelers.
Participants will receive a map to guide them on their tour of the homes. This year’s map will include ads of local businesses and restaurants. Ads will be seen by over 1,000 consumers in our area. Our Annual House Tour consistently attracts local residents and as well as those with summer homes at the shore - your target audience.
Opportunities for advertising for the House Tour are:
$150 - entitles you to a business card in the map;
$250 - entitles you to a double size business card in the map.
Available only to the trade who have performed work in the features homes.
$500 - entitles you to have a representative on the property during the tour and display your business cards and brochures in the appropriate area of the house.
