JFS Hosts Winter Accessories Drive

JFS Director of Mental Health Partnerships Laura Rodgers, Atlantic City Municipal Court Director Alison Kaufmann and Secretarial Assistant Tanya Fonville showcase the hundreds of donated items as JFS kicks off its Winter Accessories Drive.

Jewish Family Service is collecting essential winter wear items those in need in our community.  Socks, hats, gloves, scarves and other winter accessories can be dropped off at the JFS office at 607 N. Jerome Ave. in Margate. The winter accessory drive will run throughout February.

From individuals experiencing homelessness to families affected by the current economic downtown, hundreds turn to JFS for support during the cold winter months. The donation of winter accessories will make a difference in the lives of so many.

If you have a question regarding the Jewish Family Service Winter Accessories Drive or how you can assist, please contact our Community Initiatives Coordinator, Leigh Turner at 609-822-1108 or email. Jewish Family Service also encourages community members to host their own drives. Visit the JFS Community Exchange website for ways to give throughout the year at the JFS Community Exchange.
