JFS Cocktail Party Features Special Guest Chef Luke Palladino

JFS is thrilled to announce that acclaimed chef, Luke Palladino, will be offering his one-of-a-kind cuisine at the 4th Annual Cocktail Party. “Diamonds for a Cause,” will be the first public event held at the spectacular Diamond Lounge at Bally’s Atlantic City on Thursday, March 3, 2010 from 6 pm-8 pm.
“Each year we work to raise the bar higher for our annual Cocktail Party with an exclusive venue, delectable cuisine and lavish prizes,” said JFS Executive Director Andrea Steinberg.
Raising the bar for his year’s event is the exclusive appearance of renowned chef and restaurant owner, Luke Palladino. Recognized by many for his self-titled restaurant located in Northfield, Palladino is known for his expertise in the art of Italian cuisine. His presence at “Diamonds for a Cause” marks the first event with Caesars Entertainment for Palladino since announcing his newest restaurant venture.
"We are thrilled with our partnership with Luke Palladino and look forward to the opening of his new restaurant at Harrah's Resort,” said Jennifer Weissman, Caesars Entertainment Regional Vice President of Marketing. “In the interim, we are excited that Luke will be participating in the upcoming Jewish Family Service ‘Diamonds for a Cause’ event at Bally's where he will showcase his culinary talents with a special appetizer for all to enjoy."
Cocktail Party tickets are $100 per guest. Diamond raffle entries can be purchased for $100 each or two for $150. All buyers of raffle tickets will receive a $100 gift certificate* (no minimum purchase) to Bernie Robbins Fine Jewelers. Sponsorships are also available.
