Donation & Distribution Center Open M,W,F Starting 12/3

JFS is continuing to meet the basic needs of those affected by the storm.The JFS Donation & Distribution Center will be open Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM throughout December.

Jewish Family Service's Donation and Distribution Center is located at St. James School (6415 Atlantic Ave.) in Ventnor. The main entrance is on Portland Avenue between Ventnor and Atlantic Avenues. JFS is distributing non-perishable food, toiletries and other basic necessities to those affected by Hurricane Sandy. Community members are welcome to utilize the Distribution Center once per week and must present valid ID with full name and address. JFS also offers an array of services including application assistance, information and referrals, counseling and mental health services. Donations are also accepted at this location. Current needs include peanut butter, jelly, pasta, spaghetti sauce, personal hygiene products and diapers (of all sizes). Donations of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, mac-n-cheese, tuna, cereal and other non-perishables are always accepted.
