Supervisor – Volunteer Services

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field

OR equivalent years of successful work experience with a minimum of 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience in project management, event planning and promotions. 

Working Conditions – Flexibility required as far as schedule is concerned. Some evening and weekends will be required. 

 Skills and Responsibilities

As the Supervisor of Volunteer Services across our Agency you will be responsible for supervision, coaching, and managing all employee and external volunteers. 

You will provide leadership and manage our current volunteer programs including but not limited to Employee Volunteers, Village Volunteers, Food Pantry, and Kosher Meals on Wheels. 

 You will also support agency fund raising activities including but not limited to House Tour, Golf Tournament and Card Party.

 As supervisor you will partner across our agency, recruiting and managing volunteers, outreach activities and events.
