Supervisor, Pathways to Recovery

Overview of Position

 This supervisory position is an opportunity for a dedicated professional to work across disciplines in the on-going battle against opioid addiction.

The program will help individuals address barriers to employment and support them as they obtain and maintain jobs.

This supervisor will be directing a case management team, working with other professionals in the community to help individuals and families

affected by opioid epidemic, address their needs and help them prepare and gain employment.   The Supervisor will provide direct supervision

of two case managers, assess and formulate service plans, liaison with community professionals and lead this innovative project to meet established

outcomes. 

 

Requirements

This position requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field, a minimum of 3 years of leadership and supervisory experience
