RSVP - Retired Senior Volunteer Program Coordinator
Partner with agency's Volunteer and Community Initiatives Coordinator and other staff to engage and provide rewarding opportunities to volunteers age 55 +.

Responsibilities and Duties
**Perform RSVP Grant administration
**Recruit, screen, train and support volunteers in the 55+ age group in Atlantic and Salem Counties
**Support the development and strengthening of RSVP Volunteer Stations
**Work with Village by the Shore Director to assure program related expenditures are authorized and documented
**Participate in Corporation for National and Community Service Trainings and inform findings from relevant providers to JFS efforts
**Coach, counsel and motivate volunteers
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent years of successful work related experience. Minimum, 5 years’ experience/leadership and supervisory experience. Ability to work effectively with Department/Program directors, staff, community leaders, volunteers and committees.
