Mental Health Case Manager(s) job requirements include BA/BS in Human Services with 1 year related experience in providing case management services to individuals with psychiatric disabilities in an outreach capacity. Position requires flexibility, commitment and the ability to interact with a broad client and professional constituency. Bi-lingual supplement to salary (English-Spanish).
