From the on-site Food Pantry, to Kosher Meals-on-Wheels and Personal Grocery Shopping, JFS is consistently in need of volunteers to help with our food services.

JFS counts on volunteers to help of our area’s home-bound by offering companionship by visiting their homes. This includes Friendly Vistors and Jewish Hospice Connections.

JFS has a variety of other volunteer opportunities including Bar/Bat Mitzvah Projects, Office Assistance, Simchah Food Baskets and Holiday Gift Wrapping.

Throughout the year, JFS holds several Special Events that use volunteers. These include Basic Need Drives, Golf Tournament & Card Party, House Tour and Survivor Luncheons.

JFS works throughout the year to need the basic needs of our more than 3,000 clients. Volunteers are needed to organize ongoing food drives throughout the community to help keep our food pantry stocked.
