Board of Directors
MItchell Gurwicz, President
Mitchell Gurwicz, was installed as President of the JFS Board of Directors on June 4, 2012. He has been a member of the Board for twelve years. Mitchell is one of the principals of the Northfield based Max Gurwicz Enterprises, a local real estate commercial and residential development company started by his father and grandfather over 55 years ago. Professionally, Mitchell concentrates on commercial development and operations. Additionally, as a member of the PA and NJ Bars, he is his company’s in-house lawyer. Mitchell’s involvement in the community outside of JFS includes being the outgoing Chair of Shore Medical Center’s Foundation Board and an active member of the Beth Judah movement to establish a conservative presence in the Mainland communities of Atlantic County. Mitchell earned his BA’s from Drew University and his JD from Widener University School of Law. He currently resides in Egg Harbor Township with his wife, Diana, and their two beautiful children, Ella and Harrison.
